New hope for aggressive leukemia after failed prior therapy

NCT ID NCT05442216

Summary

This study is testing a new three-drug combination (tagraxofusp, azacitidine, and venetoclax) for adults newly diagnosed with a specific, aggressive form of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that developed after their previous blood disorder treatment stopped working. The main goal is to see if this combination can put the cancer into remission. Researchers will closely monitor how well the treatment works and its side effects in about 53 participants.
