New brain drug tested in fight against Alzheimer's

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called VY7523 for people with early Alzheimer's disease. It aims to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and if it can slow the spread of a harmful protein called tau in the brain. About 52 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 to 12 months to compare results.
