First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated Apr 26, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests a new adhesive for people who have had their voice box removed (total laryngectomy). The goal is to see if the adhesive is safe and comfortable to use right after surgery. About 25 adults will use the adhesive as part of their normal care, and researchers will compare their results to past patients. The study lasts about 30 days and tracks skin health, pain, and how well the adhesive stays in place.
