New gel could offer hope for stubborn acne

Summary
This study is testing a new gel called N-Acetyl-GED-0507-34-LEVO to see if it can reduce acne on the face and body. About 400 people aged 9 to 50 with moderate to severe acne will apply the gel or a placebo (inactive gel) once daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the active gel is safe and better at clearing acne lesions.
