Summary
This is the first human study of an experimental oral medication called TVB-3567 for acne. Researchers will test single and multiple doses in 128 healthy adults, some with moderate to severe acne, to check if it's safe and how the body processes it. The study will also see if taking the pill with food changes how it works.
