New cream trial aims to clear up acne

Summary
This study is testing a new cream called KR230109 to see if it is safe and effective for treating mild to moderate acne on the face. It will involve 180 adults aged 18-40. The cream will be compared to a placebo (an identical cream with no active medicine) over 12 weeks to measure changes in pimples and blackheads.
