Reinforced knee surgery put to the test
NCT ID NCT07418476
Summary
This study is testing if adding a special internal support tape to a standard knee ligament repair surgery leads to better results. It will involve 80 active adults with a torn ACL. Researchers will compare the new reinforced technique to the standard surgery to see which provides better knee stability and function one year later.
