New tape system aims to strengthen knee surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a special tape system to a standard ACL knee surgery leads to better results. It will compare the new combined approach against the standard surgery alone in 80 active adults with torn ACLs. Researchers will measure knee stability, function, and healing over one year to see which method works better.
