Summary

This study compares a new device called NeuroSpan Bridge with two standard treatments (NeuraGen guide and nerve graft) for repairing injured nerves in the arms or legs. About 80 adults aged 18 to 80 with nerve gaps up to 3 cm will be randomly assigned to one of the three treatments. The goal is to see if the new device improves sensation and safety at 12 months.
