Can new exercise method help stroke survivors regain independence?
NCT ID NCT07293416
Summary
This study will compare two different exercise programs to see which helps chronic stroke patients more. Researchers will work with 32 people who had a stroke 6-18 months ago, testing their balance, posture, and ability to do daily tasks. One group will try Neuropilates (a mind-body exercise), while the other will do Otago exercises (a proven strength and balance program).
