This study tests a new guidewire called SmartGUIDE that doctors can steer remotely during brain aneurysm procedures. The goal is to see if it navigates more safely and easily than standard wires. About 30 adults with unruptured brain aneurysms will take part. The study focuses on how well the wire reaches the target without needing manual shaping or replacement.
