First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week integrated neuromuscular training program could improve basic physical fitness in military personnel with chronic ankle instability. Twenty-four military students were split into two groups: one did the special training, the other did standard physical training. Researchers measured strength, speed, agility, and balance before, during, and after the program to see if the new training made a difference.
