NCT ID NCT07165392
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle nerve stimulation treatment (neuromodulation) to standard exercise therapy can improve pain, movement, and quality of life in adults with arm, shoulder, or hand problems. About 120 participants will be split into four groups: some get exercise plus real neuromodulation, others get exercise plus a sham (fake) treatment. They will attend either two or three sessions per week for six months. The goal is to see if the extra stimulation helps people feel better and move easier.
