Summary
This study will observe about 3,400 adults receiving regional anesthesia (nerve blocks) to find out how often complications like nerve injury, bleeding, or collapsed lung occur. Researchers will track these events without giving any new treatment. The goal is to better understand the real-world risks of these common procedures.
