Summary
This study tests if an experimental drug called NeuroEPO can help maintain thinking and memory in adults aged 50 and older with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Participants will receive either NeuroEPO or a placebo three times a week for one year. The study will track cognitive changes and any side effects to see if the drug is safe and effective.
