Summary
This study is for children and young adults whose neuroblastoma has come back or hasn't responded to prior treatment. Researchers want to see if adding a new immune-boosting drug called N-803 to a standard combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy is safe and more effective. The goal is to better control the cancer and help patients live longer.
