Summary

This trial is testing whether a targeted antibody drug called naxitamab, given with another medication called GM-CSF, can help control high-risk neuroblastoma in children and adults whose cancer hasn't responded well to previous treatments. About 122 patients with cancer in their bones or bone marrow will receive treatment for up to two years, followed by five years of monitoring. The main goal is to see how many patients' cancer shrinks or disappears during treatment.
