New hope for tough childhood cancers: trial tests three powerful drug combos

NCT ID NCT07261241

Summary

This study aims to find the best combination of drugs to control neuroblastoma, a childhood cancer, when it has come back or not responded to standard treatments. About 118 children and young adults will be randomly assigned to receive one of three different treatment combinations, all built around a targeted radiation therapy. The main goal is to see which combination causes the most tumors to shrink after one course of treatment.
