Summary

This study looked at whether special brain-focused exercises (neuroathletic training) can improve vision, balance, and reduce injury risk in teenage basketball players. Thirty players aged 14-17 did either their regular practice or added these exercises for one week. Researchers measured their vision, core strength, balance, and movement quality before and after to see if the training helped.
