Summary

This study is testing whether adding a therapy called 'neural therapy' to standard medical treatment helps people with tinnitus. It will involve 30 patients and compare two groups: one receiving standard treatment and one receiving standard treatment plus neural therapy. The main goal is to see if the combination reduces the severity of tinnitus and improves quality of life over three months.
