New therapy combo aims to ease stubborn tennis elbow pain
NCT ID NCT06765798
Summary
This study tested whether combining two physical therapy techniques—nerve gliding exercises and a specific joint mobilization method—could better reduce pain, improve function, and increase grip strength in people with long-term tennis elbow. It involved 60 adults who had experienced elbow pain for at least three months. Researchers compared the effects of the combined treatment against using the joint mobilization technique alone.
