Summary

This study looks at whether a gentle physiotherapy technique called neural mobilization can improve balance, ankle strength, and calf muscle size in adults aged 60 and older with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Participants will receive nerve-focused stretches combined with standard exercises over a set period. The goal is to reduce fall risk and improve mobility and independence.
