Summary

This small pilot study is comparing a new physical therapy technique that targets a specific nerve in the leg against standard physical therapy for people with plantar fasciitis (heel pain). It aims to see if the nerve-focused approach is more effective at reducing pain and improving foot function. The study will involve 12 adults who will receive three weeks of treatment and be evaluated using pain and function questionnaires.
