Summary

This study looked at whether a technique called neural mobilization (gentle nerve stretches) can improve calf muscle length and strength in ballet dancers. 54 dancers aged 13-23 who practice ballet at least 3 times a week took part. The goal was to see if this approach could help optimize performance and prevent injuries.
