Quick nerve stretches show promise for better walking and posture
NCT ID NCT07491432
Summary
This study aimed to see if two different types of leg nerve exercises could immediately improve how people walk and stand. Researchers tested 60 healthy, sedentary young adults, giving each person a single 3-minute session of one type of exercise. They measured walking patterns and spinal alignment before and after the session to look for any short-term changes.
