Natural capsules tested to stop painful UTIs from coming back
NCT ID NCT05880602
Summary
This study tested whether taking capsules containing nettle and cranberry could help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Sixty adults with a history of frequent UTIs took either the capsules or a placebo twice daily for eight weeks. Researchers tracked how long participants stayed UTI-free and measured changes in bladder symptoms and quality of life.
