Summary

This study tests a new dye called LGW16-03 that makes nerves glow during surgery, helping surgeons avoid accidentally cutting them. About 38 adults having open surgery will get the dye through an IV before their operation. The main goal is to check if the dye is safe and find the best dose for clear nerve imaging.
