Summary
This study aims to understand how a rare genetic disorder called PIEZO2 Deficiency Syndrome (PDS) affects nerve function. Researchers will compare nerve responses in about 16 people with PDS to those in healthy volunteers. They will use a specialized needle test to measure how nerves react to different sensations like touch, temperature, and pressure.
