Summary
This study is testing whether a gentle, at-home electrical stimulation device placed on the ankle can reduce menstrual pain and distress. It will involve 36 women aged 18-35 who experience painful periods without other underlying conditions. The goal is to see if this non-drug method can improve their quality of life during their menstrual cycle.
