Ear zaps aim to soothe pelvic pain in men

Summary
This study tests a non-invasive device that stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can reduce pain and urinary symptoms in men with moderate to severe chronic prostatitis. 68 participants will receive either real or sham stimulation for 4 weeks, with follow-up for 8 more weeks. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease symptoms.
