Can thinking about moving your arm change how your nerves feel?
NCT ID NCT07154017
Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if combining mental imagery of arm movements with specific nerve-stretching exercises changes how sensitive the median nerve in the arm is to pressure and stretch. It will involve 10 healthy volunteers with no arm or neck pain. Researchers will measure pain thresholds and arm flexibility before and after the exercises to gather initial data.
