New nerve technique offers hope for aching knees

NCT ID NCT07329205

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a specific nerve mobilization technique to standard physical therapy helps people with knee osteoarthritis feel better. It will compare two groups of 50 patients over 50 years old with mild-to-moderate arthritis. One group gets standard therapy, while the other gets the nerve technique plus standard therapy, to see which is better at reducing pain and improving daily function and quality of life.
