Could simple nerve exercises ease your wrist pain?
NCT ID NCT07358507
Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific 'nerve gliding' exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic pain on the pinky side of their wrist. Researchers will compare two groups of adults who have had wrist pain for at least 3 months: one gets standard therapy, and the other gets standard therapy plus the nerve exercises. They will measure pain, hand function, and strength over 4 weeks to see if the extra exercises provide more relief.
