Can simple nerve slides ease your neck and arm pain?
NCT ID NCT07429981
Summary
This study aims to see if specific nerve gliding exercises can help people with a pinched nerve in their neck (cervical radiculopathy). Researchers will test these exercises on 28 participants to see if they reduce pain, improve neck movement and grip strength, and enhance daily function. The goal is to find out which exercises work best for pain coming from different spinal levels.
