First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy exercises—nerve flossing and deep neck muscle strengthening—in 62 adults with cervical spinal stenosis. Results will help doctors choose the best exercise approach for managing symptoms.
