Can simple nerve exercises soothe tennis elbow?
NCT ID NCT07027059
Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific nerve gliding exercises to standard physical therapy can better reduce pain and sensitivity in people with tennis elbow. Thirty adults with tennis elbow will be randomly assigned to receive either standard exercises and shockwave therapy, or that same treatment plus the nerve exercises. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and sensitivity over four weeks of treatment.
