NCT ID NCT07449819
Summary
This small study is testing whether gentle exercises that move and stretch nerves can help manage long-term muscle and joint pain in people aged 60 and older. Four participants will perform these supervised exercises twice a week for 8 weeks while tracking their pain levels. The main goal is to see if this approach reduces pain intensity and helps people move more easily in daily life.
