Summary
This study compared two different nerve block techniques to manage pain after breast cancer surgery. Researchers wanted to see which method better reduces patients' need for opioid painkillers and their related side effects like nausea. The trial involved 60 adults undergoing breast surgery with lymph node removal, randomly assigned to receive one of the nerve blocks or no block.
