Summary
This study tested two methods to keep blood pressure stable and reduce pain after pituitary tumor surgery. Sixty adults received either a nerve block (injection near the cheekbone) or medicated nasal packing before surgery. The goal was to see which approach better controlled blood pressure during the operation and provided longer pain relief afterward.
