Could the volume of numbing medicine change your pain after hernia surgery?

This study looks at how the volume of local anesthetic used in a nerve block affects pain after inguinal hernia repair. 70 adults scheduled for surgery will receive the same total drug dose but in different volumes. Researchers will measure how long pain relief lasts and how much extra pain medicine is needed, aiming to find the best approach for recovery.
