Doctors map numbing medicine to improve biopsy comfort
NCT ID NCT07153263
Summary
This study aims to learn which of two nerve-block injection techniques works better for numbing the chest during a lung nodule biopsy. Researchers will compare how far the numbing medicine spreads and how well it blocks pain for 50 patients. They will use CT scans to create 3D pictures of where the medicine goes after each type of injection.
