NCT ID NCT07346755
Summary
This study is testing if a nerve block injection can help reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare patients who get the nerve block plus physical therapy to those who get physical therapy alone. The goal is to see if the injection helps patients better sense their shoulder's position and move it with less pain.
