Targeted shot aims to ease debilitating stroke pain

NCT ID NCT07302711

Summary

This study is testing if a specific nerve-block injection can help reduce shoulder pain in people who have had a stroke. The injection targets nerves around the shoulder joint and is given alongside standard physical therapy. Researchers will measure changes in pain, arm movement, and quality of life to see if the combined approach is more effective than therapy alone.
