Summary

This study is testing a nerve block to help control blood pressure during surgery to remove a pituitary tumor. Surgeons need stable blood pressure to reduce bleeding and see clearly. Researchers will compare two common numbing drugs, prilocaine and lidocaine, to see which one works better for this specific nerve block during the operation.
