Summary

This study looks at whether a special long-lasting painkiller injected near the ribs can help people recover better after lung surgery. The trial will involve 96 adults having a type of keyhole lung surgery. Researchers will compare the new painkiller to the standard one and measure recovery quality, pain levels, and painkiller use after surgery.
