Summary

This study is testing which of two specific injection techniques works better for relieving a type of chronic low back and buttock pain caused by a pinched nerve near the hip. Researchers will compare pain relief and improvement in daily function in 54 adults who haven't gotten better with standard treatments. The goal is to find the most effective way to perform this nerve-blocking injection.
