Summary
This study tests a new medicine called JP-1366 for people with non-erosive GERD (NERD), a condition causing heartburn without visible damage to the esophagus. About 321 adults who have heartburn and acid regurgitation but no ulcers will take the drug or a placebo. The goal is to see if JP-1366 can increase the number of days without heartburn.
