Summary

This study tests a gene therapy called Neovasculgen in 180 women aged 18-65 with painful bladder syndrome and Hunner's lesions. The goal is to reduce scarring from previous treatments and prevent the bladder from shrinking. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo, and doctors check results using bladder cameras, symptom reports, and questionnaires over one year.
