Summary
This study is testing whether a gene therapy called Neovasculgen can help women with painful bladder syndrome. Researchers want to see if it reduces pelvic pain and frequent urination while also preventing the bladder from shrinking. The trial will compare the gene therapy against a placebo in 180 participants over about one year.
