Summary
This study tests a gene therapy called Neovasculgen for people with painful bladder syndrome/interstitial cystitis, a condition causing long-term pelvic pain and frequent urination. The trial will include 180 women aged 18 to 65 with confirmed symptoms for at least a year. The goal is to see if the treatment can reduce pain and prevent bladder shrinkage.
